Job Description
We are seeking a full-time IT Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience explaining complex solutions to intricate problems and will thrive on helping people. They will also enjoy designing, setting up, and managing a secure internal IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Providing technical assistance and support for users, computer systems, software, and hardware
- Training users on basic computer usage
- Maintaining computer systems and complex networks
- Installing, modifying, cleaning up, and repairing computer hardware, peripherals, and software
- Running diagnostic programs and asking questions to determine the nature of a problem
- Resolving technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
- Responding to users seeking help via email, chat, and phone calls as well as providing deskside support
- Using industry standard management tools, event monitoring, and ticket management
- Performing other related duties as assigned
