Maintenance Lead

Rivyve Behavioral Health is seeking a Maintenance Lead to provide daily maintenance of building and grounds. This role involves planning, budgeting, scheduling facility maintenance, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of maintenance staff and supporting ongoing facility improvements.

Requirements

• Planning, organizes, and directs the operation, maintenance and repair of heating and air conditioning equipment.
• Selects, plans, assigns, supervises and evaluates the work of department employees.
• Inspects construction repair work in progress.
• Prepares specifications of materials, equipment and work to be purchased or contracted.
• Monitor and stay within departmental budget.
