Account Executive

RJ Young is looking for a driven and goal-oriented sales professional to join their team. As an Account Executive, you'll take ownership of a defined territory, prospecting new opportunities while building strong relationships with existing customers. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred, not required)
• Previous sales experience or a strong interest in building a sales career
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage your territory
• Curiosity and problem-solving ability to uncover customer needs and deliver solutions
