Role Overview

The General Labor position is responsible for picking products using an RF scanner in a warehouse setting. The role assists the Warehouse Manager in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and requires flexibility to work 10-12 hour shifts when necessary.

What You Will Do

The General Labor will utilize an RF scanner, manual product picking, QC, wrapping, staging, and labeling. They will also load and unload trucks/trailers safely and efficiently, process outbound cross-dock freight, and maintain warehouse area with orderly stacking and good housekeeping.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will possess a sense of urgency, accountability, and be able to work with limited supervision. They must have good communication, problem resolution, and people skills, as well as flexibility in working overtime when needed.

Requirements

• 3-6 months of General Labor experience in a warehouse using a RF scanner
• Good stable work record
• High School Diploma or general education diploma (GED)
• Warehousing certifications a plus
