RMA Group is looking for a Network Development Manager to build and manage a fleet in-territory after-sales representation by identifying, appointing, and continuously improving a dealer/service network to support fleet vehicles in the field.
Requirements
- Experience in distribution, franchise or dealer network development, ideally in automotive or adjacent industries.
- Strong understanding of market needs related to product support, after-sales requirements and distributor performance.
- Demonstrated ability to execute representation strategies and build scalable partner relationships.
- Awareness or experience in Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure and safety requirements within a dealer network.
- Commercial acumen with operational pragmatism

- Strategic Network Planning
- Confident in communicating in English both written and verbal
