We are seeking a Project Superintendent to support some of the most innovative, complex, and large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects in the country.
Requirements
- Ensures corporate safety and quality plans are aligned with project-specific requirements and is implemented throughout the duration of the project.
- Responsible for job site safety and work closely with the Safety team to ensure project safety plans align with RMCI, the customers and industry standards.
- Supports Foreman and Field Superintendents directly to ensure their responsibilities are met.
- Responsible for the quality of all site production while working closely with the QA/QC department to develop the project QA/QC execution plans.
- Drive a strong working relationship with Safety, Virtual Construction, QA/QC, and Human Resources to ensure the project team is operating at its full capacity and maintaining RMCI policies.
- Partners closely with the Project Manager to ensure labor projections are accurate and the project is adhering to the schedule.
- Leads the development of comprehensive project plans, incorporating all requirements, constraints, and opportunities.
- Strategically develops Field Superintendents and Foreman by mentoring and holding them accountable to their managerial responsibilities.
- Builds rapport with each customer by displaying integrity, honesty and transparency while mitigating risks and upholding contracts.
