Requirements
- Previous experience with customer service, account management, and collections.
- Excellent communication skills (listening, understanding, and responding).
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to read and interpret rental agreements.
- Ability to speak professionally to customers.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions.
- Valid driver license and clean driving record.
