Job Description
The Warehouse Delivery Associate role supports the branch by preparing and completing daily deliveries and managing stock within the warehouse.
Requirements
- Deliver products
- Pull, pack and prepare orders for customer pick up or delivery
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs to management
- Assist with inventory processing of incoming and outgoing stock in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
- Organize and label stock and maintain inventory levels by reporting shortage or discrepancies to management
- Assist in regular inventory counts and cycle counts
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles in a safe and secure manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures and regulations
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while on the job
- Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication
- Support problem solving efforts for customer issues
- Build a positive relationship with customers and represent the company positively
