
Job description
Join our People Analytics team as an AI & Workforce Signals Analyst, working in a hybrid environment to apply artificial intelligence, NLP, and automation to people and workforce data at enterprise scale. You will partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to build AI-powered tools that help leaders better understand and act on workforce signals.
Design and implement AI-based signal generation, apply NLP and LLMs to extract insights from HR data, develop explainable AI outputs, build agentic AI workflows, and integrate AI capabilities with enterprise people systems.
You will be successful if you care about applying technology to real human problems, thrive in a dynamic environment, and can communicate technical concepts clearly. You will have the opportunity to work on independent projects and collaborate in multi-functional teams.
