AI & Workforce Signals Analyst

Role Overview

Join our People Analytics team as an AI & Workforce Signals Analyst, working in a hybrid environment to apply artificial intelligence, NLP, and automation to people and workforce data at enterprise scale. You will partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to build AI-powered tools that help leaders better understand and act on workforce signals.

What You Will Do

Design and implement AI-based signal generation across people data, apply NLP and LLMs to extract insights from HR data, develop explainable AI outputs, and build agentic AI workflows to automate and augment people analytics processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience building APIs or data pipelines
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and generative AI
• Experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on building explainable, trustworthy AI outputs
