Job description
As a Maintenance Engineer - Plumber, you'll be responsible for maintaining facilities to specified levels, undertaking planned and responsive maintenance work, and ensuring safe operation of plant and equipment. You'll work with the Maintenance Manager and support healthcare objectives of clients. This role is full-time, 38.25 hours per week, and based in Redcar or Stockton-on-Tees, UK.
Your main responsibilities will include ensuring facilities are maintained to specified levels, undertaking planned and responsive maintenance work, and ensuring safe operation of plant and equipment.
We're looking for a time-served Plumber with at least 5 years of experience in installation and maintenance work, as well as experience in general building fabric and electrical isolation/safety awareness. You'll need a Health & Safety Certificate and a full current driving license.
