Helpdesk Specialist providing technical support to employees in the CY office and remotely, maintaining and supporting office IT infrastructure, and managing IT assets.
Requirements
- 1â2+ years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android)
- Understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, cabling)
- Experience with user support tools (ticketing systems, remote desktop tools)
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and peripherals
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with IT asset and account management practices
- Basic administration experience with Active Directory and access rights
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability to resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
