
Job description
As a Controls Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of our automated production lines, ensuring manufacturing processes are stable, validated, and constantly improving. You will work on-site in Indianapolis, with travel typically less than 10%. You will lead the evolution of our automation and electromechanical processes, optimize and innovate our lines, and launch new technologies.

You will bring deep experience with PLCs and HMIs, a strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, and a highly logical approach to problem-solving. You will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline, with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
