As a Relationship Banker, you will build and foster strong relationships with customers, deliver an energetic banking experience, and identify financial needs to expand relationships. You will work both independently and as part of a team to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 2-4 years of successful experience in a sales and service environment
- Must be or become a Notary Public and NMLS certified
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong sales orientation with ability to balance multiple priorities
- Ability to work intuitively and find creative solutions
- Ability to work within normal office requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Willingness and ability to work within a flexible work week
- Ability to successfully complete our training program
