Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Role Overview

As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will play an important role in the design, development, testing, and support of embedded software for next-generation Adapters and IOs. You will adhere to engineering best practices and processes while collaborating with a global team of professionals.

Design and develop firmware and embedded software for cutting-edge Adapters and IOs. Participate in technical reviews to identify issues early and propose solutions. Deliver project outcomes promptly.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, with a focus on Embedded Software Engineering or Master's in Computer Science
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in developing real-time embedded systems
• Knowledge of programming in C and C++
• Experience in industrial control systems is advantageous
• Proficiency in programming 32-bit microcontrollers (preferably ARM) and in developing low-level device drivers
• Solid knowledge in RTOS and experience in developing embedded application using RTOS
• Experience in Communication Protocols like TCI/IP, CIP
• Knowledge in Secure Coding CERT C/C++ Standard will be an advantage
• Experience in Security Development processes will be an advantage
• Familiarity with unit testing methodologies
• Experience using various hardware-assisted debugging tools
• Familiarity with Agile processes, static analysis tools, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
