SAP Support Lead EWM Consultant

DIGITAL Supply Chain Competence Center is seeking an experimented SAP Consultant covering Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to all ROCKWOOL operating companies (OPCOs).

Requirements

• Manage EWM support team and provide stable day-to-day operations
• Provide IT support for EWM service (2nd line of Support)
• Deliver End to End support execution (Customizing / unit tests / UAT (User Acceptance tests)/ production / aftercare)
• Work on Global RFCs as part of the EWM governance
• Estimate the costs / benefits
• Support group design of the solution
• Optimizing group solution based on Business requirements
• Monitoring / Reporting of EWM service KPIs
• Secure a close collaboration in EWM core team / cross DIGITAL teams and internal customers to secure overall alignment
• Prepare relevant and agreed Template documentation (functional and technical specifications)
• Ensure relevant operational processes and procedures are documented and maintained
• Manage EWM yearly service Windows maintenance and EWM Super User community
