Supplier Quality Engineer

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join the Production Efficiency & Quality team in Poznań or Cigacice. The role involves ensuring suppliers meet high standards for product performance, acoustics, fire safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Process, Industrial) or Quality Management
• At least 5 years of experience in supplier quality, supplier development, or production quality
• Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, control plans, capability studies, automation and statistical process control
• Experience in root-cause methodologies such as 8D, 5Why, DMAIC
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand material specifications
• Fluent English and Polish
