Bilingual Bookkeeper/Accountant (Italian/English)

Rödl & Partner USA is seeking a Bilingual Accountant/Bookkeeper (Italian/English) to support their growing business processing outsourcing (BPO) department in Atlanta, Georgia. The role will primarily serve Italian clients, assisting with accounting, payroll, tax returns, and financial reporting. This is a demanding position requiring strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Italian language skills
• Experience using at least one of the following accounting software (QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, SAGE, Navision, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of US-GAAP
• Basic knowledge of the US tax system
• Demonstrated high-level client-service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong interpersonal and oral/written/presentation communication skills
• Experience with international certifications (StB, WP, Dottori Commercialisti, CA) is a plus.
