Requirements
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, High School Diploma required
- 8+ years’ experience in property management
- Technical understanding of building systems and maintenance
- Experience managing affordable housing properties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills: Microsoft Work & Excel
