Requirements

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, High School Diploma required
• 8+ years’ experience in property management
• Technical understanding of building systems and maintenance
• Experience managing affordable housing properties
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills: Microsoft Work & Excel
