We're looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Berlin, Germany. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle - from initial qualified opportunity to closing. You will work closely with our founders, the Head of Sales, and our BDR team to make our virtual AI assistant, Roger, the first address in the DACH dental world.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in a closing role (e.g. AE, Sales Manager, Account Manager) in the B2B field, preferably SaaS
- Measurable success with own sales responsibility (quota) and knowledge of a strong sales month
- Consultative selling skills with the ability to ask good questions, listen, and sell on benefits rather than pressure
- Resilience and ownership with the ability to take responsibility for deals and overcome objections
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics simply
- Fluent German (C1+) and good English language skills
