Job description
Roger Healthcare is hiring a Software Engineer to work on a leading AI-powered clinical documentation platform. The role involves shipping end-to-end features, building APIs, and working with AI researchers and senior engineers. The company is growing rapidly and backed by world-class investors.
Ship end-to-end features using FastAPI, MongoDB/Postgres, and React/React Native. Build APIs and backend services that integrate directly with LLMs and Generative AI models. Prototype MVPs and evolve them into scalable, reliable systems.
2 to 5 years of software engineering experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Experience or interest working across the stack and owning features end-to-end. Excitement to build production systems powered by LLMs and Generative AI.
