Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

Rogue Fitness is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to lead the manufacturing Operations team in Columbus, OH, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years in a manufacturing supervisory role
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency with various hand and power tools
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and spreadsheets
• Ability to lift and move up to 80 lbs and remain standing/active on the operations floor for the duration of a shift
• Flexibility to work overtime (extra hours and/or weekends) as required by production needs
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
