Senior Industrial Engineer - Material Flow

Rogue is looking for a Senior Industrial Engineer to improve manufacturing operations and implement new technologies, with a focus on lean principles, AI, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• 3–8 years of experience in high-volume or high-mix manufacturing environments
• Deep expertise in plant flow, layout design, and lean manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience using AI/ML tools on the floor — predictive analytics, computer vision, optimization algorithms
• Strong hands-on presence — comfortable and credible on the production floor
