
Job description
We are seeking an experienced freight forwarding sales professional to join our growing team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new and prospective customers, maintaining existing accounts, and assisting in the preparation and negotiation of bids and quotations.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for sales and business development, client and supplier management, and administration tasks such as monitoring competitor activity and industry trends, and providing weekly reporting of sales activities.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of industry-related experience, a high school graduate with some college preferred, and knowledge of related computer applications and reporting tools.
