
Job description
Join Röhlig Logistics as a Key Account Traffic Controller to drive exceptional service across key customer accounts. This role involves visibility of all inbound/outbound freight traffic, evaluating rates and routes, and optimizing transportation and logistics services. The position is a corporate role and is remote, with occasional requirement to work from a Rohlig office.
Responsibilities include monitoring timely payments, supporting creation and implementation of customer-specific COP's, and ensuring customer difficulties are timely investigated and resolved. The role also involves maintaining knowledge of best practices, supporting CRM maintenance, and communicating with the global Rohlig and agent network.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a strong track record in customer satisfaction and customer-facing communication. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in international freight forwarding and a good network of logistics vendors.
