Job Description
We're looking for a top-producing F&I manager who can deliver high numbers and lead from the F&I office. Must have a proven track record of high-volume production, excellent communication and objection-handling abilities, and a calm under pressure attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years dealership experience (F&I, sales management, or high-performing sales role)
- Proven track record of high-volume production
- Ability to consistently achieve $2,300+ PVR
- Demonstrated 50% VSC penetration
- Demonstrated 40% Tire & Wheel penetration
- Strong menu presentation and value-building skills
- Excellent communication and objection-handling abilities
- High attention to detail with clean, compliant paperwork
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic Toyota environment
- Professional, coachable, and driven by performance metrics
