Roivant Sciences is seeking an Associate to support the incubation of new healthcare technology Vants. This role offers exposure to the full company creation process, from early-stage ideation to execution.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant full-time work experience
• Exceptional academic background
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute at a high velocity
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with executives and stakeholders
• Experience in venture building or product development, whether at a startup, within a larger organization, or in an incubation setting, ideally in healthcare or life sciences technology
