Roland Foods is seeking a Regional Sales Specialist to contribute to the growth of its Foodservice sales team. The role will interact with customer leadership teams to drive regional growth and revenue. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, foodservice sales experience, and a results-driven mindset.
Requirements
- 5+ years of prior account/sales management experience
- 5+ years of experience in the food industry; in particular, hospitality and foodservice
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with experience using a CRM program, preferably Salesforce
- Strong communication and presentation skills in front of groups of all sizes required
- Organized, detail-oriented with strong technical writing skills required
- Ability to travel up to 50% required
- Culinary Arts Degree or equivalent
- Previous exposure/integration in the Industrial/Manufacturing segments
- Bachelors Degree
