Regional Sales Specialist | Northeast U.S. & Eastern Canada

Roland Foods is seeking a Regional Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Northeast U.S. and Eastern Canada. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience, a strong background in foodservice sales, and a results-driven mindset.

Requirements

• 5+ years of prior account/sales management experience
• 5+ years of experience in the food industry; in particular, hospitality and foodservice
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with experience using a CRM program, preferably Salesforce
• Strong communication and presentation skills in front of groups of all sizes required
• Organized, detail-oriented with strong technical writing skills required
• Ability to travel up to 50% required
• Culinary Arts Degree or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous exposure/integration in the Industrial/Manufacturing segments (preferred)
• Bachelors Degree (preferred)
