Job Description
ROLLER is looking for a hands-on GTM Systems Leader to own, scale, and optimize our go-to-market technology ecosystem. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy, architecture, and day-to-day execution across Salesforce, HubSpot, integrations, data, and GTM processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in GTM Systems, RevOps, BizOps, or Business Applications
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin/configuration required)
- Strong experience with HubSpot (marketing automation, CRM, integrations)
- Proven experience building and supporting integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL tools)
- Strong understanding of GTM data models (leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, pipeline, ARR)
- Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, partnerships, and Finance teams
