We’re hiring a Lead Product Designer to lead design outcomes and people across a complex product domain at ROLLER. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends high-quality design execution, people leadership, and strategic influence.
Requirements
- Experience in leading design teams and shaping design vision
- Strong hands-on design skills with a focus on usability, accessibility, and coherence
- Ability to make strategic design decisions and balance ambition with pragmatism
- Experience in coaching and developing designers
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to drive clarity and momentum through workshops, critiques, and alignment sessions
