
Job description
As a Mobile Field Service Representative, you will provide local technical support to customers at various international and UK locations, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues and minimizing operational disruption. The role is within a pool of Field Service Representatives who support customers through multi-year postings. The initial location for this role will be our Warton site near Preston for approximately 2 years.
Resolve customer technical issues, input engine events and data, manage customer relationships, monitor and input fleet data, and lead and conduct maintenance activities.
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the customer, develop key interpersonal skills, and gain a broad perspective on aircraft and engine operation in a fast-paced dynamic operational environment.
