Delivering significant impact to revenue growth and profitability by acquiring major new customer projects for energy system solutions. Leading multidisciplinary bid teams and acting as a sparring partner for key customers. Actively coaching and supporting junior colleagues.
Preparing comprehensive sales proposals, negotiating customer contracts, and selling major projects in the field of Battery Energy Storage Systems.
Proven track record in leading the successful sales of BESS projects, excellent commercial acumen, and ability to work in teams across organisational boundaries.
