
Job description
As a Quality Manager, you will provide leadership and expertise on Quality to ensure current and future Products & Services meet requirements, and to drive improvement to the associated Operating System. You will lead the deployment of the Quality strategy for the aligned area to achieve its goals, enhance its reputation, and deliver customer satisfaction.
You will develop the Quality Capability and culture of direct reports, govern the delivery of Quality performance, and ensure relevant law/regulation, customer requirements, and business strategy are understood. You will also provide proactive assurance for the aligned business area and own or drive change to the Operating System, Management System, and/or Supplier Quality Management System Requirements.
