Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School is seeking a Transitional Kindergarten Teacher for the 2026-2027 School Year. The ideal candidate is a qualified, experienced, and passionate educator committed to developing Christ-centered leaders.

Requirements

• Religious Qualifications: Active, practicing Roman Catholic (preferred)
• Basic Catechetical Certification (preferred)
• Possess a cleared California multiple subject teaching credential (preferred)
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• Clear criminal background check (a clear Livescan for the Diocese of San Diego is a condition of employment)
• Experience teaching in an elementary school classroom
• Positive professional references and recommendations
