
Job description
The Customs Coordinator will prepare and process documentation for customs clearance, verify customs regimes, and coordinate with authorities to optimize customs services. They will work with the Traffic Department to prepare certificates and verify customs clearance procedures. The role requires direct contact with clients and coordination with other departments.
The Customs Coordinator will perform customs verification, prepare inspection requests, process customs declarations, and perform inspections of merchandise at the Customs. They will also coordinate with other departments for correct management of customs declarations and respond to requests for clarification on customs matters.
We are looking for a motivated professional who is committed to developing their career in international trade. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of OEA procedures and ensure compliance with TIBA's Anti-Corruption, Security, Health, Protection, Environment, and Quality Policy.
