We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Dealer. As a Dealer, you will be responsible for managing a Rompetrol station and developing your own business. If you have a entrepreneurial spirit and are looking to start your own business, we can guide you every step of the way.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in coordinating a team and motivating them to achieve excellent results
• Excellent sales skills and at least 3 years of experience in retail sales
• Ability to manage the inventory of the station and various administrative tasks related to the station
• At least secondary education, proficiency in English, and familiarity with MS Office
• Ability to provide real guarantees (mortgage or bank deposit) when taking over a Rompetrol station
• Residency in the geographic area where the station is located
