Roofr is a CRM company that is building an AI-powered platform. They are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help build the application foundation that will integrate AI across their entire product.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of backend software development experience
- Practical, production experience building AI-powered systems
- Hands-on familiarity with LLM APIs and agent frameworks
- Experience building evaluation pipelines for LLM-powered systems
- Strong integration engineering background
- Experience building data pipelines for AI use cases
- A track record of building backend systems that scale
- Experience with PHP/Laravel is an asset
- Strong sense of ownership
- Clear communicator
- Experience at an early-stage or high-growth company
- Genuine curiosity about AI and what it can unlock
