As a Maintenance Project Coordinator, you will serve as the project coordinator for all things related to the turnover maintenance process, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Manage assigned turnover service requests from end-to-end
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage all electronic record keeping
- Ensure non-covered items are completed by the resident or billed back to the resident
- Coordinate inter-departmentally in order to receive necessary approvals for turnover service requests
- Additional tasks as assigned
