Requirements
- Administer HSE training programs, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with job-, site-, and client-specific requirements
- Maintain and analyze HSE metrics (injury/illness rates, vehicle incidents, exposure hours) and prepare reports for leadership, clients, and regulatory bodies
- Conduct routine field visits to active worksites to observe work practices, verify compliance, perform behavioral-based safety engagements, and identify opportunities for improvement
