The Engineering Team Lead is an engineering management position responsible for providing technical engineering oversight and design team management for engineering projects. This role requires leadership, communication, and teamwork skills to manage a diverse team and deliver results.
The Engineering Team Lead will possess the ability to understand project requirements, develop design fees, prepare work plans, and oversee engineers, designers, and modeling staff. They will also communicate with project managers and executives, resolve complex problems, and supervise project coordination with regulatory agencies.
This role is suitable for individuals with a bachelor's degree in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences, and a minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.
