Quality Technician

Role Overview

This role will be responsible for upholding quality values at the Washington facility, ensuring production floor personnel meet quality standards, and helping coach associates on new or existing processes.

What You Will Do

Create work instructions, conduct random inspections, support IATF, and participate in new product launches. Research customer complaints, and reinforce quality requirements on products.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision, detail oriented, and able to communicate with other associates. Background in plastics preferred.
