Customer Retention & Sales Specialist

As a customer retention & sales specialist, you'll engage Verizon Wireless customers to uncover opportunities, strengthen relationships, and guide customers back to our retail stores when that's the best next step. You'll drive in-store visits and get paid for it.

Requirements

• 3+ years of success in commission-based sales
• Call center or wireless experience a plus
• Confident, engaging phone presence
• Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable multitasking
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred
