Program Manager

Roush is looking for a Program Manager to oversee multiple programs and teams, guiding projects from initial quote through successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing innovative solutions to complex challenges and a drive for collaboration, customer engagement, and delivering results across diverse teams.

Requirements

• Manage business aspects of multiple concurrent programs
• Manage, lead, train, coach, and mentor program team(s)
• Actively maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage all activities associated with materials, budgeting, and production
• Act as liaison with the customer and program staff
• Develop and execute large program plans
• Manage day-to-day build operations
• Collect data from customers, suppliers, Bill of Material, and other resources
• Review program(s) status daily and report percentage of completion
