Process Engineer

The Process Engineer is responsible for managing the technical aspects of the plant, including troubleshooting, process control, and process improvement.

Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or Engineering Management
• 3-5 years of experience in a medium to large-scale chemical manufacturing facility
• Background in process safety management
• Demonstrated skills in designing equipment, plant and processes
• Experience in transitioning development projects from lab into manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience applying them in an industrial setting
• 3D modeling, PLC experience (Allen-Bradley)
• Working understanding of basic computer languages
• Data mining, analysis and statistical testing
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Project
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
