Procurement Manager

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and develop the procurement team, negotiate complex contracts, and improve purchasing costs, product quality, and on-time delivery in a highly international environment.

Requirements

• Lead and develop the procurement team
• Negotiate complex contracts and manage supplier relationships
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
• Improve purchasing costs, product quality, and on-time delivery
• Define short-, medium-, and long-term plans, projects, and objectives in line with the company and corporate strategy
• Monitor KPIs and report to local and corporate management
• Drive continuous improvement and investment initiatives
• Act as a key decision-maker and participate in business visits (travel required)
