Senior Strategist

RPM is an independent creative agency seeking a Senior Strategist to join their Strategy Team. The successful candidate will work with senior clients, provide outside-the-box thinking, and produce high-quality strategy within timings and scope.

Requirements

• Clear, single-minded strategic direction to inspire creative concept
• Thorough and expansive knowledge of brand behaviour, category and consumer insights in all integrated creative channels
• Deep understanding of how brands work and the consumers' needs in the marketplace
• Knowledge and experience to apply and implement multi-platform thinking (i.e. in-store activation, digital, brand experience, on-trade activation, integrated)
• Ability to produce high quality strategy within timings and scope
