Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant or Intern who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to support a fast-paced marketing team. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and succeeds at balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency with data entry, management, and analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of WordPress
• Valid California driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
