Job description
RSC2 is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team in Fort Meade, Maryland. The Operations Manager will manage the Program Management Office (PMO) administrative/financial staff and functions, administer contract modifications and subcontracts, and manage procurement, physical security, and vendor relationships.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing procurement, physical security, and vendor relationships, as well as administering contract modifications and subcontracts. They will also serve as OCI Avoidance Officer and analyze estimates of service, material, equipment, and production costs.
This role requires 7 years of relevant experience and a TS/SCI with Full-Scope Poly. The Operations Manager will work closely with external customers and management to communicate status and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and objectives for Safety and QA.
