RSC2 is seeking a Subject Matter Expert Personnel Manager to provide directorate-level support for infrastructure, human resources, and personnel management. The role involves tracking hardware assets, conducting inventory, and coordinating with staff regarding technical assistance. The Personnel Manager will also develop and maintain standard functional databases, perform infrastructure management duties, and plan training and professional development programs.
Responsibilities include tracking hardware assets, conducting semi-annual inventory, obtaining approval for equipment transfers, responding to technical assistance requests, developing and maintaining databases, performing infrastructure management duties, and planning training and professional development programs.
